These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between you (“You”) and Artweapon99 regarding your use of this website. “You” refers to any individual (at least 18 years old), organization, or legal entity bound by these Terms and Conditions and any related royalty-free license agreements and 3D model licenses.
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages; however, the official governing languages are Indonesian and English.

I. Definitions
“Artweapon99” refers to a business entity providing digital products and services globally.
“Site” refers to Artweapon99’s website, APIs, software, future technologies, source code, layouts, designs, images, written materials, article-based knowledge systems, service programs, location-based information services, and all intellectual property protected under copyright, patent, publicity, or other proprietary rights.
“Compiled File” refers to any material published on the Artweapon99 website that has been specifically created and organized, including management files, templates, code, images, and related assets.
“Product” refers to all content published by sellers (including Artweapon99) for commercial sale or free download. Products may include different file formats, and to simplify customer usage, Artweapon99 standardizes supported software applications (such as 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D) and related supporting files (such as JPEG textures and rendered images).
“Seller” refers to an individual, organization, or company that creates and uploads digital products using standardized file structures for commercial sale or free distribution.
“Customer” refers to a member who purchases products or downloads free models from the Site.
“Member” refers to any individual who creates an account on the Artweapon99 Site.
“Content Policy” refers to the intellectual property policies of Artweapon99.
“Privacy Policy” refers to the collection and processing of personal data.
The terms “such as,” “including,” and similar expressions are intended to be illustrative and not limiting.
References such as “subject to the following limitations” shall be interpreted as including all other applicable limitations under this Agreement.
II. General Use
1. General Site License
Ownership. Except as expressly licensed to You under these Terms and Conditions or any separate agreement provided by Artweapon99 relating to Products, Artweapon99 and Product owners retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in the services provided through the Site and all Products.
Unauthorized Use. If you use the Site or any Stock Media Products without authorization, Artweapon99 may terminate your account and seek damages, compensation, penalties, or other remedies available under this Agreement or applicable law. The following uses of the Site are strictly prohibited:
- Unless expressly permitted, using inline linking, framing, spoofing headers, or repackaging the Site for commercial purposes; Removing or concealing watermarks, copyrights, or proprietary notices from the Site or Products;
- Mining, hacking, probing, scraping, crawling, indexing, caching, or extracting data from the Site or Products by manual or automated means;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works;
- Interfering with or disrupting the experience of any user;
- Testing technical vulnerabilities or bypassing security or access restrictions;
- Using the Site for recruitment purposes or contacting Artweapon99 artists for unrelated reasons; or
- Sharing private or semi-private information obtained through the Site without proper authorization.
2. Materials You Submit
Artweapon99 does not claim ownership of any material You upload or submit to the Site. This section outlines additional rules regarding the submission or use of text, images, or data within forums, blogs, or Stock Media Products.
- Artweapon99 welcomes constructive criticism. However, You may NOT post anything that disrupts professional and constructive discussion regarding 3D or related topics.
- You may NOT disclose, collect, or store any personal or contact information without consent.
- You may NOT post abusive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, racist, obscene, or otherwise harmful content.
- You may NOT post spam, advertisements, repetitive comments, or content from multiple accounts intended to disrupt discussions.
- You are fully responsible for all content You post to the Site.
- You may NOT upload or link to malicious software, viruses, or code intended to damage systems or hardware.
- You may NOT upload or link to content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
- You may NOT repost information that requires a Site account to access, including private forums or restricted reports.
3. Contests or Competitions
Any contests or competitions conducted by Artweapon99 may be governed by separate official rules and may reference applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia and Singapore (if possible in the future), particularly regarding import-export regulations, intangible assets, and personal data protection.
III. Terms of License Agreement (Seller, Customer, Member)
Rights, Obligations, and Representations of the Seller
- Members may only upload content they own or are legally authorized to use and upload. Artweapon99 may upload sample products or market-trend examples to assist Members in product creation.
- By uploading a Product, the Seller represents that the Product does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights and that all necessary model or property releases have been obtained.
- Sellers may not upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, malicious, or virus-infected content.
- Sellers must maintain backup copies of all uploaded Products.
- For each Product uploaded, the Seller grants Artweapon99 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
a. Reproduce, sell, and distribute the Product on behalf of the Seller;
b. Publicly display or digitally transmit the Product for promotional and commercial purposes;
c. Create and use samples of the Product for advertising and promotional purposes;
d. Use any trademarks or trade names associated with the Product; and
e. Use the name or likeness of any individual represented in the Product.
Copyright ownership of uploaded Products remains with the Seller, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to Artweapon99 and Customers. By uploading Products, the Seller further represents and warrants that:
- The Product is original and does not contain unauthorized copyrighted materials;
- The Seller has full authority to enter into this Agreement;
- The Product does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights;
- The Product complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
- The Product is not defamatory, obscene, or hateful;
- The Product does not contain viruses or harmful programming routines;
- All factual representations made by the Seller are accurate and complete; and
- Artweapon99 may remove or modify any Product or content that violates these Terms.
Rights, Obligations, and Representations of the Customer
- Customers may not use downloaded Products in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Customers may not reverse engineer any Products and must comply with all applicable license terms.
- Upon payment of the applicable license fee, Customers may download and use the Products in accordance with the relevant license terms.
- Free and paid products may not be resold on other platforms or similar platforms to minimize fraud or license abuse.
- Before completing any purchase, Customers expressly waive any applicable 14-day right of withdrawal regarding digital content.
Rights, Obligations, and Representations of the Customer for 3D Services (Visualization & Animation)
Customers seeking visualization or animation services may submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) to: contact@artweapon99.com based on the required scope and project timeline.
- Orders are considered confirmed upon written approval of the proposed scope, timeline, and fees via email.
- The primary Account Manager will assign the order before the project start date.
- If a separate valid agreement exists between the Client and Artweapon99, that agreement shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
IV. Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into and perform under this Agreement, and have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before making any purchase.
- You will use the Site only in accordance with this Agreement.
V. Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. Artweapon99 makes no guarantees regarding quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- You assume all risks related to damage to your computer systems or networks arising from use of the Site, including damage caused by viruses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artweapon99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, reputation, or economic benefits arising from use of the Site.
VI. Termination and General Terms
1. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Artweapon99.
2. Termination; Material Breach
Violation of these Terms or other applicable agreements may result in termination of your access to the Site without liability to Artweapon99. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. You acknowledge that any material breach may cause irreparable harm to Artweapon99, entitling Artweapon99 to equitable relief, including temporary or permanent injunctions.
3. Import/Export Regulations
The Site may reference or be subject to laws and regulations of Indonesia and Singapore (if possible in the future) regarding import-export controls, intellectual property, and Data personal protection. You agree to comply with all such laws, including:
- Obtaining all required export, re-export, or import authorizations;
- Not designing, developing, or producing chemical, biological, nuclear, or missile weapons for unlawful purposes; and
- Not distributing or providing access to the Site to prohibited countries or entities.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and Singapore (if possible in the future), excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in Indonesia. All notices, requests, and communications under this Agreement must be made in writing, including by email.
5. Assignment
All notices under this Agreement must be sent by email to: legal@artweapon99.com, provided that you receive confirmation from an authorized Artweapon99 representative within 10 business days. You may not assign your rights without the prior written consent of Artweapon99.
6. Language Provision
This Agreement may be translated into other languages, such as Indonesian. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translations.
